Yoga is beneficial for both physical and emotional strength, helping tone muscles and improve flexibility. The gentle poses of the Baby Yoga classes provide mum and baby with an opportunity to bond and enjoy an experience together. Many of the poses mimic positions you have probably seen your baby do naturally throughout their day to day movements especially if they are walking or crawling. Baby Yoga can help ease childhood ailments and stomach problems including colic, wind and constipation and some of the poses can even help calm a fussy baby. Baby Yoga can help you feel more in touch and confident with your baby.
